How we make money and how we rate
FinBoss.io is free to read. Readers pay nothing, and we do not want anyone to pay more because of us. Here is, openly, what the site lives on and the rules we keep because of it.
What the site lives on
For some providers we have a partner (affiliate) link. If you open an account through it, the provider may pay us a commission. The price and terms you get do not change. Today we have such links with, for example, Trading 212 and TradingView. More will be added, and we always label them.
How to recognise an ad link
- It is labelled "ad link" (in Czech pages "reklamní odkaz"), with a note about the commission next to the text.
- In the page code it carries
rel="sponsored nofollow", so search engines treat it as paid. - Links to our own reviews, comparisons and other pages are not ads.
Ad link: if you open an account through it, FinBoss.io may earn a commission. The price for you does not change and ratings are not affected.
What a commission does not influence
- Order and ratings. We sort tables and calculators by cost and features, not by commission. A provider without an affiliate link can be ranked first.
- Downsides. For every provider we list what to watch out for: fees, currency conversion, missing support, risks.
- Numbers. We read fees from the providers' own price lists (or from public comparison sites, and we say so), and every figure carries the date we checked it. Latest check of brokers and exchanges: 18 October 2026. What we cannot verify we do not present as certain.
- Voluntary. We do not include a provider just because it pays a commission. An offer we would not recommend ourselves will not be linked.
What we are not
FinBoss.io does not give investment advice. Prices, scores and verdicts for stocks and cryptocurrencies are a description of available data, not a recommendation to buy or sell. Investing carries risk, and crypto even more.
